At oro cru, we take pride in the quality of our wines and the service we provide. Because wine is a perishable product and subject to strict state and federal regulations, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per Washington State law, alcoholic beverages&nbsp;<strong>cannot be returned for a refund<\/strong>&nbsp;except in cases where the product is flawed, damaged, or delivered in error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wine based on personal taste preferences or \u201cbuyer\u2019s remorse.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before the wine has been processed for shipment or delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Damaged or Incorrect Shipments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strive to ensure your wine arrives in pristine condition. However, if your order is damaged during transit or is incorrect, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Notification:&nbsp;<\/strong>Contact us at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@orocru.com\">info@orocru.com<\/a>&nbsp;within&nbsp;<strong>3\u20135 business days<\/strong>&nbsp;of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation:&nbsp;<\/strong>Please provide a photo of the damaged package\/bottles or the incorrect items received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resolution:&nbsp;<\/strong>We will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund for the cost of the damaged\/incorrect goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please re-cork the bottle with the remaining wine and contact us to arrange an inspection or return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Timeframe:<\/strong>&nbsp;Quality claims must be made within&nbsp;<strong>30 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchange:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you purchased the wine at our location, please bring the bottle and your receipt for an exchange. If your wine was delivered, please contact us by email at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@orocru.com\">info@orocru.com<\/a>&nbsp;to arrange a date and time for exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late or missing refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, contact your bank.
